We deliver high-quality, high-value facility solutions for property managers, REITs, and asset owners.

 

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Sales Executive to drive new business for Affinity’s janitorial and building-services division.

This is a hands-on, hunter-style role — ideal for someone who understands how to prospect, build trust, and close recurring-revenue contracts.

You’ll sell cleaning, maintenance, and renovation services to property managers, building owners, and institutional clients.

 

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Source and close new janitorial and facility-service contracts across the GTA.
  • Identify decision-makers and build long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and negotiate service agreements.
  • Manage pipeline through CRM; deliver monthly revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and retention.
  • Represent Affinity IFS at industry events and networking functions.

Qualificatons:
  • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in janitorial, construction, property management, or related services.
  • Proven record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong relationship-builder who can influence at the property and ownership level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
