Job Description:
Tel Aviv University Canada seeks a detail-oriented and proactive part-time Administrative Assistant to support our fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks while working closely with the Senior Manager of Fundraising Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database entry and management (experience with Raiser’s Edge is a strong asset)
  • Assist with donor relations, including handling inquiries and supporting stewardship efforts
  • Provide administrative support to the fundraising team
  • Help with marketing initiatives as needed
Qualificatons:
  • Previous experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge or similar donor management software is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience or interest in marketing is a plus
