Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations. This position is responsible for the confidential management of administrative details of Dynamic Health Clinic. Including but not limited to client’s information, scheduling and billing information and processing. The incumbent is responsible for a high level of responsive services to all clients, prospective client and practitioner inquiries. Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting in-person clients, checking clients in, answering client inquiries via phone or email and assisting with scheduling sessions. This individual serves as a communication pathway between the administrative team and practitioners to keep schedules running smoothly and on time.

- Smooth running of practitioners schedule
- Follow up with enquiries about our services
- Maintain a clean and healing environment in the office
- Make all clients feel nourished and taken care of
- Maintaining impeccable accounts receivable procedures
- Sending and replying to email/phone calls
- Supporting with marketing tasks
- Insurance Billing

Office hours are in person and include:
Monday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
36 hours per week
2 weeks vacation/year
Salary $43,000-$50,000
Qualificatons:
– Previous clinical office and managerial experience.
– Interest in the field of psychology and/or mental health.
– Above average communication skills both written and verbal
– Previous experience using ZOHO, Jane App, and TELUS eClaims
