Administrative Support for Forever Chai Foundation of Canada

The Forever Chai Foundation of Canada (FCFC) is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is a remote, part-time position (approx. 10 hours per week) supporting our fundraising efforts to provide assistance to children and mothers in crisis at the Shabtai Levi Home (SLH) in Haifa, Israel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to donor calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Process donations, issue/reissue tax receipts, and update donor database
  • Oversee bill payments, deposits, and maintain financial records
  • Coordinate mailings, including donation cards, e-cards, and newsletters
  • Coordinate online campaigns from concept to execution
  • Expand social media presence on Facebook and Instagram
  • Attend 2-3 in-person meetings per year and take meeting minutes
Qualificatons:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word office, email marketing platforms, and basic fundraising platforms
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in writing, social media, WordPress, and basic graphic design is a plus
