Concrete Mortgage Capital Inc is seeking a Mortgage Administrator starting November 4th 2024. Concrete Mortgage Capital Inc is a fast growing, dynamic team founded in 2015 with an immediate opportunity.

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

 

The Mortgage Administrators primary responsibility is for monitoring and managing all day-to-day functions of administering and managing mortgages through there life cycle. The primary daily focus will be to assist in preparing mortgage documentation, forms and perform general tasks to support the brokerage with investors and borrowers.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in completing and transposing forms for various regulatory bodies, government agencies and business associates: FSRA, OSC, FINTRAC, Administrator packages, Bank Consent/PAD, Suitability forms and other documents used to ensure compliance.
  • Follow up with Concrete team relating to document for borrowers, administrator and investors regarding missing items as necessary
  • Update Mortgage database with new deals, investor information, record of advances and discharges as required to ensure integrity of the database
  • Update project folders with all communications from Concrete Mortgage (including new closures, extension notices, and rate changes, insurance dates etc)
  • Prepare and distribute Mortgage Investment Statements and Investor Portfolios
  • Reconciliation of Mortgage Brokerage and related companies accounts.
  • Coordinate with Mortgage Brokerage new deals, advances and discharges.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office, Dropbox, DocuSign, and other online tools for administration roles.
  • Upload all necessary documents in Dropbox in the proper allocated files.
  • Be a team player and rise above to help with reasonable duties as assigned

Experience:

  • General past administration: 2-5 years (Required)

Qualificatons:
  • 2-5 years of general administration experience
  • Very good English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Effective organizational, priority setting, negotiation, interpersonal, team player, attention to detail and time-management skills; ability to multi-task and work with strict deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel Skills
  • Post-secondary education with focus on mortgages and real estate considered an asset
  • Mortgage Agents license preferred but not required
