Position: Bookkeeper/ Office Administrator
Location: Bathurst, Wilson area
Job Type: Permanent – Part time, 10 – 14 hours/week

About us:
We are a family owned operated, property management and construction company, servicing the greater North York community, in commercial and residential projects.

We are looking for a BOOKKEEPER who will:

  • Have knowledge of and be proficient in Microsoft Office, and Quickbooks,
  • Have an aptitude for manual bookkeeping


  • Organize and track day to day operations
  • Prepare both corporate and personal reports for Accountants.
  • Assist with tracking job quotes, invoicing, accounts payable and receivables
  • Job costing
  • Track approved quotes
  • Invoicing and Debt Collection
  • Remittances
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Maintenance of financial records and government remittances
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
