Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Employee to join our team full-time. This position is funded under a special government grant aimed at hiring youths aged 18-30. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, passionate about mental wellness, and love talking to people. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and promoting our services to the community.


Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the community.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

– Promote our mental health services through various channels, including social media, events, and direct outreach.

– Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention.

– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

– Assist in organizing and attending events, workshops, and networking functions.

– Provide feedback and insights to improve our services and client experience.
