Capital Campaign Administrator
Kollel Oholei Yom Tov is seeking an experienced male professional to manage all administrative aspects of our capital campaign and to effectively manage the various development components. This part-time position (estimated 10-15 hours weekly) offers a platform for growth and expansion and requires initiative and flexibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Organize all meetings associated with the campaign with the various stakeholders.
  2. Create and organize a list of new donors and arrange meetings with potential donors.
  3. Update, prepare, and print materials/books for fundraising meetings.
  4. Maintain and ensure follow-up with new potential donors to secure committed pledges.
  5. Draft various types of donor correspondence (quarterly and milestone updates).
  6. Identify and organize ways to recognize, cultivate, and retain donors, including thank-you calls and written communications with regular updates for all substantial stakeholders at every milestone.
  7. Update and manage the donor database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  8. Create a system to promptly track, follow up on, and collect all pledges.
  9. Keep up campaign momentum by working with stakeholders to initiate next steps and follow up.

This is a part-time position with the potential for significant growth. We offer generous compensation commensurate with experience.
