Part Time Client Care Coordinator

 

Who are you?

You are a flexible go-getter excited about the opportunity to experience entrepreneurship without all the risk. You are a process oriented high achiever, but not afraid of change. You have either experienced pelvic floor physiotherapy yourself, or know someone who has, and you are passionate about educating others on how life changing it can be. You have excellent communication and multitasking skills and aren’t phased by the idea of answering the phone while playing peek-a-boo with a client’s infant.

 

Who are we? 

Vital Physiotherapy is a highly ranked, dynamic customer service centered women’s health and pelvic health physiotherapy clinic in midtown Toronto. Our services include focuses on pelvic floor physiotherapy, pre- and post-natal care, massage therapy and tailored strength and yoga classes. Our staff are some of the most caring professionals in the industry. In our clinic, we are committed to putting our clients at ease, creating a positive client experience and treating each person as a unique individual. Located in mid-town Toronto, the clinic is a new, bright, and intimate space within a safe and friendly community.

 

What are we looking for? 

This is so much more than a reception job. We are looking for someone with a high level of commitment, who is ready to grow with this company. We are looking for in person 4-8pm Monday-Thursdays and Sundays 9am-3pm.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • communicating with clients
  • managing scheduling and billings
  • being an advocate for pelvic health
  • supporting clinicians and clinic operations
  • and so much more!

 

*we’ll review the role description and compensation model (ranging from $18-20/hour depending on experience) in detail during the interview process
