About the Company: Maxi Mind Learning helps children with ADHD, Autism, and other conditions affecting learning in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Our highly effective, focus-through-fun, activity-based methodology has helped thousands of children since 2010 with customized Brain Training courses consisting of in-person sessions involving movement, music, feedback technology, and a personal trainer (Coach) for each child.
About the Job: We are seeking a dedicated and organized ‘people person’ to join our team as Client Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will proactively communicate with clients, coaches and admin staff, ensuring smooth service delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and coaches, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings to review students’ progress and advise parents.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system per interaction.
- Collaborate with the administrative team and coaches to ensure a smooth process and great outcomes.
- Supervise ongoing training and support for the Brain Training Coaches.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client service policies and procedures.
- Monitor client feedback, solicit reviews, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualificatons:
- Post-secondary degree(s) related to Education, Human Services, or Health
- Experience supporting children and/or families in educational or counseling roles.
- Experience in case management, client services, customer support, or the like.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
Preferred Skills: Extensive knowledge and experience regarding ADHD and ASD in children
