Job: Customer Service Rep / Admin Assistant
We are a leading distribution company specializing in European decorative wood-based panels, serving various manufacturers across Ontario. We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone and in person to answer inquiries and provide detailed information about our products.
- Processing orders and accurately entering them into our system.
- Preparing and labeling product samples for clients.
- Coordinating deliveries between our operations team and customers to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Processing payments and handling related paperwork.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualificatons:
- Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with customers and sales representatives on a regular basis.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
