Rover Toronto is looking for a friendly Customer Support/Inside Sales/Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate has some related experience in a CSR/Sales role, although we are also open to candidates with the following qualifications;
*Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
*Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
*Good knowledge of the geography in the GTA and surrounding area.
*Excellent time management, negotiation, and organizational skills


Main responsibilities include;
*Managing new leads, and existing accounts.
*New business development, including generating new leads and qualifying them.
*Responding to inbound client requests by chat, phone, and email.
*Back-up support for our dispatchers to create, assign, and manage routes for our independent driver contractors.
*Marketing skills are a big plus…


We are looking to hire the right candidate immediately. This is an entry/mid-level position with advancement opportunities.


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $41,600.00 per year
