Job Title: Dry Cleaning Delivery Driver & Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver & Customer Service Representative to join our dry cleaning team. This role involves picking up and delivering dry cleaning orders to customers’ homes and businesses using a company van. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure timely and accurate deliveries, and assist with basic customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company van to pick up and deliver dry cleaning orders.
• Follow a designated route and schedule to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle garments with care to maintain quality and prevent damage.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues.
• Collect and process payments as needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any vehicle maintenance needs.
• Assist with organizing and loading orders for delivery.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
