Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at our accounting office. We are located in Concord, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support to Managing Director in the following areas:
  • Accounts/Billing & A/R Financial Management
  • Marketing & Business Development Support
  • General Administrative Support
  • Calendar, Time & Email Management
  • Project Coordination
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Advanced-level knowledge of common industry software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
  • Record meeting minutes
  • Executive Assistant: 3 years
