We are currently seeking an organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

 

Job Description:

As the Executive Assistant, you will be a critical partner in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Management: Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications. Draft, proofread, and send official correspondence on behalf of the executive.

Meeting Preparation & Support: Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings. Take meeting notes and track action items to ensure follow-up.

Document & File Management: Organize and maintain both physical and digital files, ensuring documents are easy to access and stored securely.

Project Assistance: Assist with various projects, research, and tracking project progress.

Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day office management tasks, managing reports, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualificatons:

3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics or related field (preferred but not required).

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and process modeling techniques.

High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
