Position: Front Counter Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: Amazing Donuts is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Front Counter Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers, packaging a variety of baked goods, and handling orders over the phone and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Package donuts, muffins, cookies, cupcakes, and other baked goods accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, emails, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. As we take credit card now.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Qualificatons:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Punctual.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Quick and efficient with handling tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
