Looking for somebody practical that has some experience working with their hands. We offer full in house training in manufacturing paints and coatings as a batch maker.

Work involved: Working alongside one other person, loading and pumping out ball mill machinery and high speed dispersers, this often includes forklift operation (we will cover the costs of forklift licensing if required), general labour type of tasks, cleanup, weighing ingredients and quality assurance.

This is a hands-on role with a variety of tasks to keep things interesting every day. No formal experience is required—we’ll provide all the training you need.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products.
• Weigh and measure ingredients for production.
• Load raw materials into equipment and ensure proper mixing processes.
• Pump and package finished products for shipping.
• Powerwash equipment and maintain a clean workspace.
• Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
