Description:

Intermediate Real Estate Development Manager

  • Position: Intermediate management position in Real Estate Development, with specialty in Municipal Approval, Public Relations, and Pre-development Financial analysis
  • Knowledge / Experience in Real estate Market and Development, specifically in:
    • Municipal approval process including drawings and reports
    • Community Engagement
    • Government Grants
    • Multimedia
    • Experienced with Financial proformas and analysis
  • Experience: 5-10 years in the Real Estate Development Industry, working for development companies (preferable) or doing management consulting with hands on in the approval process and financial analysis
  • Specific roles:

Municipal Approval

  • Coordinate the Municipal Approval process of projects.
  • Coordinate project approval budget and Schedule
  • Coordinate Company and project Public Relation, including Website and multimedia

Financial Analysis & Accounting

  • Prepare and update project proformas and cash flows
  • Conduct Financial analysis as needed, including Request for Proposals (RFP)
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in commerce / Finance / Real Estate or work experience in the real estate development approval process – preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in planning with a complementary financial education
  • Computer Skill:
    • Must have Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer software/systems
    • Knowledge of and in accounting / management software: CMiC, Procore, Prophix – preferred
