Multi-Discipline law practice seeking passionate and capable law clerk to assist principal with legal drafting and research, litigation matters, office management, and scheduling.
Areas of practice currently include: Civil Litigation, Criminal Defence, Administrative Law, and Appeals at all levels of court.
Minimum Requirements include:
A bachelors degree and/or Law Clerk or Paralegal Designation
At least 3 years experience working as a law clerk in a legal practice; and
High level of proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, Canlii, and quicklaw.
Preferred (though not required):
Strong memo writing and legal drafting abilities;
Knowledge of Cosmolex or other practice management software;
