LINC Manager
JIAS Toronto is seeking a LINC Manager to oversee its Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) program across multiple GTA locations. This role ensures program effectiveness, compliance with IRCC guidelines, and alignment with settlement services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and student intake.
- Ensure IRCC compliance, reporting, and program growth.
- Supervise instructors, staff, and childminders.
- Manage budgets, grants, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Represent JIAS Toronto in funder and community meetings.
Qualificatons:
Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of program management experience in settlement services or adult education. Knowledge of LINC/ESL programs, IRCC funding, and TESL Ontario certification is an asset. Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills are essential.
