Office Administrative Assistant

 

Our property management company is seeking a full time Office Administrative Assistant.

 

SCHEDULING

Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Office closes earlier on Fridays)

Will also consider applicants for a part time position (minimum of 4 hours per day)

 

LOCATION

Bathurst & Wilson

 

DUTIES

General administration of an office

Data Entry

Filing

Qualificatons:

Good computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet and e-mail

Good administrative and organizational skills

Good command of English

Good written and oral communication skills

Good attention to detail

A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role

Additional Comments:

COMPENSATION  Salary to be commensurate on experience
