Zahlco is a full service construction and development company looking for an experienced, friendly and self motivated individual to join our team as an office administrator!
Job Duties will include the assistance with day to day administrative duties such as but not limited to:
- Client and Trade communication
- Management of all paperwork and scheduling related to the company’s Construction/Development projects
- Bookkeeping and Data Entry including the management of A/R and A/P
- 1+ years administrative assistance and reception experience
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Demonstration of excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently, multi task and time manage their duties effectively
- A positive attitude and desire to maintain organizational proficiency
- Familiarity with Instagram or other social media and marketing platforms is an asset
