Office Administrator:

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of Real Estate Administrative Assistant.

This is a part-time position for approximately 25 hours per week that can grow to full time. The starting salary will be dependent on past experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following daily duties and tasks:

  • Drafting letters, emails, and other forms;
  • Scanning documents and filing paperwork;
  • Reordering supplies;
  • Research and prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
  • Review and edit PowerPoint presentations for consistent fonts and visual clarity
  • Schedule in-house and external meetings
  • Prepare and send out customer invoices
  • Track payments and follow up on accounts receivable
  • Process and report on business expenses
  • Maintain physical and digital employee and customer records
  • Process vendor invoices and billing
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems
  • Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email or phone)
  • Update office policies as needed


  • Secondary School (preferred)


  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
