Description:

Maple Window & Eaves is now Hiring Office help for busier season to start now till December 15 .This position is to fill in for a Maternity leave employee , however can lead to full/ part time work in 2022.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Communicating and managing daily tasks
  • Invoicing from Quickbooks
  • Other office help
Qualificatons:
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Familiar with Quickbooks
  • Organized and responsible
  • Professional communication skills
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Additional Comments:

  • Position is part time 12 pm to 5 pm daily.  There will be 2 to 3  weeks which will require longer hours. The desired candidate will have previous experience in similar roles. Compensation:  $17  up to $24 per hour based on qualifications and previous experiences.
