As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and supporting various administrative functions. Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, supplies, and equipment
– Coordinate administrative activities such as record-keeping, filing, and data entry
– Supervise and support office staff to ensure efficient workflow
– Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
– Assist in training development for new employees and ongoing staff education
– Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
– Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
– Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting
– Support human resources functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
– Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency
Qualificatons:
– Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
– Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
– Experience in supervising and leading a team effectively
– Knowledge of basic human resources practices is a plus
– Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
– Familiarity with file management and maintaining accurate records
