Maple Window & Eaves is now Hiring Office help for our busier season.


•                Answer and direct incoming calls

•                Communicating and managing daily tasks

•                Invoicing from Quickbooks

•                Other office help


•                Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word

•                Familiar with Quickbooks

•                Organized and responsible

•                Professional communication skills

•                Time management and ability to prioritize tasks

Additional Comments:

  • Position is part time 12 pm to 5 pm daily. There will be a few weeks that requires extra work hours. The desired candidate will have previous experience in similar roles. Compensation:  Starting $18  up to $26 per hour based on qualifications and previous experiences.
