The Summer Employment Opportunities (SEO) and Ontario Internship Program (OIP) Information Session (JAN 22, 1:00 pm) allow students and recent graduates to learn more about the Ontario government student and new professional programs. This virtual session will highlight the differences between SEO and OIP programs, the benefits of working for the Ontario government, what types of jobs are available, eligibility requirements, recruitment process and timelines and tips for the application and interview process. Participants will also have the chance to hear from alumni and ask questions to our program coordinators! Ontario Internship Program (OIP)
The Ontario Internship Program (OIP) provides one-year, paid internship opportunities in the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and hires up to 265 recent graduates in a variety of career fields. The OIP offers interns with practical experience, combined with learning, mentorship, career development and professional networking opportunities.
The Summer Employment Opportunities (SEO) Program provides up to 4,000 high school and post-secondary students with summer employment between April and August with Ontario government ministries, agencies, and select organizations.
