Job Description:

We are seeking an adaptable and innovative Operations Manager to join our expanding team at EduClaim. The Operations Manager will be instrumental in overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency of our medical billing services. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of billing specialists, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of billing specialists, promoting a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to support employee growth and performance.

2. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the medical billing operations. Conduct research, analyze data, and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.

3. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence. Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

4. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in billing processes. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

5. Employee Development: Create and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in medical billing procedures, software systems, and industry regulations. Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their responsibilities.

6. Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges. Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
