Employment Type: Full-Time, 1-Year Contract (Opportunity for Permanent Role)
Salary: Approximately $52,000 CAD per annum

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our marking paints to municipal clients, starting locally and expanding throughout Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential municipal clients for field and road marking paints.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to decision-makers.
- Distribute sales packages and 5-gallon product samples to prospective clients.
- Coordinate and, if necessary, conduct product demonstrations using company-provided sprayers.
- Generate new leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads.
- Follow up with clients to assess product performance and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion.
Qualificatons:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the municipal or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ontario.
- Post secondary degree or diploma preferential.
