Owner/manager assistant

We are a thriving construction company seeking to add a new member to our highly skilled team. As a self-starter, you will play a crucial role in assisting the owner/manager with day-to-day operations, supporting various aspects of the business, including but not limited to quotes and invoicing, labor recruitment, social media management, and more.

Responsibilities (not limited to):
– Prepare accurate quotes and invoices for clients, ensuring timely delivery.
– Assist with labor recruitment efforts, including posting job listings, screening candidates, and conducting initial interviews.
– Collaborate with the owner/manager to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
– Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement with our audience.
– Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
– Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
– Assist in managing project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
– Support client relationship management efforts, including handling customer inquiries and maintaining strong communication channels.
– Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business expansion.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and overall company performance.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.


– Previous experience in the construction industry preferred, but not required.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Proficient in using computer software and applications for quotes, invoicing, and social media management.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
– Self-motivated and able to take initiative to identify and resolve problems.
