Description:
The Position: Torah in Motion is seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs within the organization, including on-line classes and Jewish History tours. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
This a permanent part-time position (20-25 hours a week) and is to be done remotely.
About You: You are a highly organized and self-motivated professional, who takes pride in their work and is capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. You have outstanding interpersonal skills, a great attitude and an unquenchable appetite for learning. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are tech savvy with computer literacy across many platforms. Must be proficient in use of office software.
This position requires a high degree of independence, initiative, discretion and judgment.
Your background: You have previous experience in a management or administrative role. Familiarity with the Jewish community is a definite asset.
About us: Torah in Motion is an innovative adult education organization that creates many portals for engagement with Jewish learning. These include divrei Torah, articles, classes, podcasts, conferences, and Journeys through Jewish history. Our hundreds of speakers and thousands of participants engage with TiM for its inspiring, intellectually stimulating, sophisticated and nuanced approach to Jewish learning.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional execution on projects where you were the primary coordinator.
Pay: Pro-rated based on an annual salary of $50,000 – $60,000.

Qualificatons:
You have previous experience in a management or administrative role. Familiarity with the Jewish community is a definite asset.
