Qualificatons:

Skills necessary

·           Not shy to call people

·           Outgoing enough to sell and upsell popular products

·           Able to handle some Customer service over the telephone and e-mail

·           Knowledge of Orthodox Jewish observances an asset

·           Invoicing, charging credit cards

·           Communication with the warehouse

·            Some data entry

·            Tracking shipments and following through with orders

·            Detail oriented

·            Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·            Excellent at multitasking and setting priorities

·            Be detail oriented and accurate with numbers

·            Excellent personnel management, partnership, and collaboration skills

·            Excellent ability for independent work, takes initiative.

·            Be able to organize, prioritize and multi-task

·           Occasional light filing, keeping the office neat and tidy

·            Have a strong command of the English language and able to write copy.   – –

·            English skills, Fluency in Hebrew and/or yiddish is not necessary but it’s a plus.

·            Be kind, confident and comfortable dealing with people on the phone

·            Excellent computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, web, email etc.

·            Excellent writing skills

·            Patience with customers and excellent communication skills

·            Strong ability to problem solve

·            Knowledge of Orthodox Jewish observances an asset, shomer shabbos is better.
