Job Title: Technical Client Support Representative (Full-Time)

Payquad, a leading provider of property management software, is seeking a dedicated and technically savvy Technical Client Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and ensure smooth onboarding and training on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
– Onboard and train new users on our software platform
– Provide exceptional support via phone and email
– Work collaboratively with the team to improve the customer experience
Qualificatons:
– Strong computer skills
– Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
– Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Trustworthy, honest, and reliable
– High attention to detail
– Organized, adaptable, and reliable
– Strong writing skills (a plus)
– Previous tech support experience (a big plus)
– Experience in property management (a plus)
