Role Overview
We’re seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician with solid hands-on experience who’s ready to step up.
This role involves handling escalations, troubleshooting more complex issues, and supporting both end users and core infrastructure.
You’ll be a key part of the team — not just resolving problems, but helping improve how we work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated tickets from Level 1 support
- Troubleshoot Windows environments (workstations and servers)
- Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
- Assist with networking issues (VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, Wi-Fi)
- Work with backup and disaster recovery systems
- Support virtualization environments (Hyper-V / VMware)
- Document solutions and contribute to internal improvements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Qualificatons:
- 3+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Experience with RMM tools and ticketing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with security tools (EDR, Microsoft Defender, etc.)
- Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Datto, Quest Rapid Recovery)
- Experience with Ubiquiti / SonicWall environments
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
