Role Overview

We’re seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician with solid hands-on experience who’s ready to step up.
This role involves handling escalations, troubleshooting more complex issues, and supporting both end users and core infrastructure.

You’ll be a key part of the team — not just resolving problems, but helping improve how we work.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated tickets from Level 1 support
  • Troubleshoot Windows environments (workstations and servers)
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
  • Assist with networking issues (VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, Wi-Fi)
  • Work with backup and disaster recovery systems
  • Support virtualization environments (Hyper-V / VMware)
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal improvements
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Qualificatons:
  • 3+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Experience with RMM tools and ticketing systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and take initiative
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with security tools (EDR, Microsoft Defender, etc.)
  • Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Datto, Quest Rapid Recovery)
  • Experience with Ubiquiti / SonicWall environments
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
