Payquad Solutions is looking for a Head of Product and Engineering to lead product direction, execution, and delivery across our property management software platform.

This role is responsible for turning company strategy into a clear product roadmap while ensuring engineering execution is predictable, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.

We are looking for someone who can create structure, drive accountability, improve delivery consistency, and help scale the organization operationally.

  • Product roadmap and prioritization
  • Engineering execution and delivery
  • Release quality and predictability
  • Product operational stability
  • Cross-functional alignment with Customer Success, Sales, and leadership
  • Technical debt balancing and platform scalability
  • Product-related operational and compliance readiness

  • Teams operate with clear ownership and accountability
  • Product releases ship consistently and safely
  • Delivery timelines are predictable
  • Risks and blockers are surfaced early
  • The organization scales without constant executive involvement in execution
Qualificatons:
  • Experience leading Product and Engineering teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong operational and execution management skills
  • Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • Technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams
  • Experience in property management software, fintech, CRM, or operational SaaS is an asset
