This is a production-focused role. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying top technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal network. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, working alongside experienced recruiters on live mandates with real revenue impact from day one.

Compensation & Career Path:

  • Base salary + commission structure

Qualificatons:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively source and engage high-value cybersecurity and data candidates
  • Build and own a consistent pipeline of qualified talent across active mandates
  • Conduct high-volume outreach and candidate screenings daily
  • Partner with senior recruiters to drive placements and close searches
  • Develop market expertise across cybersecurity, data, and AI hiring trends
  • Build a network of in-demand talent you can continuously leverage
