Looking for a high-impact summer role where you can build real business skills?

Intercast is hiring a driven, outgoing individual to support our business development efforts. We work with enterprise clients across Canada and the U.S., specializing in recruitment & staffing services within cybersecurity, data, and AI.

This role is focused on learning our market, building target account lists, and proactively reaching out to potential clients. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to B2B sales, market mapping, and outbound strategy in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Build lists of prospective clients and hiring teams
  • Research target markets across cybersecurity, data, and AI
  • Execute outbound outreach (email + LinkedIn)
  • Support business development initiatives and pipeline building
  • Book meetings and attend them alongside senior team members (including client lunches and calls)
  • Gain exposure to recruiting workflows and live mandates

What you’ll get:
