Position: Bookkeeper/ Office Administrator
Location: Bathurst, Wilson area
Job Type: Permanent – Part time, 10 – 14 hours/week

We are looking for a BOOKKEEPER who will
- Have knowledge of and be proficient in Microsoft Office, and Quickbooks,
- Have an aptitude for manual bookkeeping
Responsibilities
- Organize and track day to day operations
- Prepare both corporate and personal reports for Accountants.
- Assist with tracking job quotes, invoicing, accounts payable and receivables
- Job costing
- Track approved quotes
- Invoicing and Debt Collection
- Remittances
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Bank Reconciliation
- Maintenance of financial records and government remittances
Qualificatons:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
