About the Position

Immigration.ca is at the cutting edge of Canadian immigration law. We move quickly, run a tight ship, and we’re looking for an experienced regulated RCIC to join the team full-time to help us keep it that way.

This is a hands-on, fully remote role managing complex C-3 Citizenship and Economic Class files. You’ll do meaningful casework in a growing and developing area of Canadian citizenship law, working alongside our legal team of Canada-based lawyers and consultants.

Your Role

  • Manage a caseload of complex C-3 Citizenship and Economic Class files from intake through submission
  • Develop and apply sound strategies in collaboration with the firm’s legal and management team
  • Review file materials, identify legal issues, and recommend appropriate courses of action
  • Provide substantive support on internal citizenship matters in compliance with CICC standards

Qualificatons:
  • Active RCIC designation in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
  • 5-Years (Minimum) in a Canada based environment with demonstrated experience in Economic Class programs
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Familiarity with C-3 Citizenship provisions and evolving case law is a strong asset
  • Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar); and Monday.com
  • Strong organizational skills

  2. A challenging file: Describe a particularly complex citizenship or immigration matter you've handled. What made it difficult, how did you approach it, and what was the outcome?
  3. Collaboration & compliance: You'll work alongside our consultants and legal staff while remaining individually accountable to CICC as a regulated practitioner. How do you collaborate effectively on shared files, and how do you make sure your work meets CICC professional and ethical standards in that setup?
