Performance Marketing Lead — Part-Time

This is a hands-on Meta Ads role for someone who lives inside an Ads Manager. The person will own our paid media operation across 15+ active client accounts, manage and mentor a Junior Media Buyer, and oversee full-funnel strategy from cold traffic through to booked appointment.

Qualificatons:

We need 3+ years of Meta Ads experience with real accountability for CPL and ROAS, preferably in service-based verticals.
