Description:

Edmonton Talmud Torah School operates as a unique pluralistic alternative program within the public school system. We are seeking a dynamic educator to deliver our integrated Hebrew Language and Judaic studies curriculum for the early elementary years (Grades 1-3).

Start Date: As early as August 28, 2026 (flexibility for a later start date may be considered for the right candidate).

Qualificatons:
  • Bachelor’s degree and valid teaching certification (or eligibility for Alberta certification).
  • Bilingual fluency in English and modern Hebrew (written/verbal).
  • Classroom experience teaching Hebrew to elementary levels (Gr. 1-3) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Judaic content (Tanakh, History, Tefillah, Holidays, Israeli Studies).
