1. HR Manager

Primary Role of This Position

The HR Manager is responsible for providing practical, consistent, and proactive Human Resources support and direction on a full range of HR programs and activities in support of the employees and management at Kohl and Frisch. In collaboration with the Director, Human Resources, the primary focus of the position will be on employee relations, leave of absence, disability management and performance management. As a seasoned people leader, you will possess sound decision-making skills and critical-thinking ability in addressing the day-to-day issues and present possible solutions to the business unit for consideration.

2. National Credit Manager

Primary Role of This Position

The National Credit Manager is responsible for a large and diverse portfolio requiring excellent credit risk management skills, expertise in customer security agreements along with strong process and systems knowledge. This role will collaborate with the Supervisor, Credit & Collections on setting credit policies, monitoring credit lines, and collecting on past due and problem accounts.

3. Senior Financial Analyst – Planning

Primary Role of This Position

The Senior Financial Analyst – Planning is responsible for leveraging their exceptional analytical skills to utilize data and available systems to support comprehensive financial analysis for key management decision-making.  The individual will be an important part of the Financial Planning team and will support the company in developing the end-to-end annual budget, forecasting, and various profitability analysis.

4. Senior Financial Analyst – Accounting

The Senior Financial Analyst – Accounting is responsible for leveraging his/her exceptional analytical skills to utilize data and available systems to support a comprehensive financial analysis for key management decisions.  Other key responsibilities include ensuring accounting integrity of key areas resulting in accurate financial statements. Value add insights into the financial results.  Ability to drive efficiencies and change management.

5. Business Intelligence Engineer

Primary Role of This Position

The Business Intelligence Engineer is responsible for design and development of data pipelines for complex business and technology initiatives, analytical and reporting solutions, along with providing thought leadership, navigating us through production issues and investigations, and being a key advocate of efficiency and continual improvement as we work to modernize.

6. IT Business & Process Analyst – 12 Month Contract

Primary Role of This Position
The IT Business & Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes and IT solutions to improve organizational efficiency and align IT initiatives with business objectives. This role involves evaluating existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, document, and validate business processes and IT systems.

7. Network and Infrastructure Analyst

Primary Role of This Position

The Network & Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for installing, configuring, administering and documenting all network, telecom and server components within the K&F environment. This position requires intermediate/senior knowledge of Network/Voice Design and Analysis, Server-Level Architectures, and a good understanding of IT Security. This individual will be leading projects related to network, server, and telecom, and will be providing hands-on technical guidance ensuring availability of all systems for the business.

8. Transportation Analyst – 12 Month Contract

Primary Role of This Position

In this role, the Transportation Analyst provides ongoing support to the Transportation Department.  This role will ensure operations are in compliance with applicable GMP standards as defined by GUI-0001 “Good Manufacturing Practices” and GUI-0069 “Guidelines for environmental control of drugs during storage and transportation”.

9. Marketing Manager

Primary Role of This Position

As a Marketing Manager for the company, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation, and market presence of K&F and its products and retail sites. Your role will involve collaborating with the Marketing team, other K&F internal teams, vendors, and customers to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and sales within the pharmacy wholesale sector.

10. E-Commerce Manager

Primary Role of This Position

As the E-Commerce Manager for K&F at healthsnap.ca, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance conversion, build brand equity, increase awareness, and drive sales. Your role will involve planning and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy, encompassing consumer insights, website optimization (CRO), new launches, price promotions, email marketing, and customer service. You will work with our agency partner on customer acquisition and retention strategies across the customer lifecycle to grow the business. You will collaborate with other departments to develop clear goals and targets, deploy innovation, and create high-converting campaigns that drive AOV with both returning and new customers.
