About the Role:
Cedarmount Capital is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the performance of a portfolio of multi-residential assets.
The successful candidate will work closely with property management teams to optimize value and monitor operations.
In addition to ensure strong financial and operational outcomes while providing support on new acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage multi-residential assets across regions, monitoring performance against budgets and benchmarks.
– Prepare investment materials for internal and external stakeholders.
– Oversee leasing, rent collections, renewals, and vacancy management to maximize occupancy and revenue.
– Conduct site visits to evaluate building conditions, tenant experience, and property management performance.
– Review marketing, tenant retention, and operating initiatives to enhance asset performance.
– Assist in preparing asset management reports, budgeting, and supporting hold/sell/refinancing decisions.
– Underwrite investment opportunities through financial modeling and market research.
