Exceptional Grade 3 Educator Wanted
The Learning Pod | Toronto | 2026–2027 School Year
We are seeking an outstanding educator to lead a small-group Grade 3 learning program for the 2026–2027 school year.
This is a unique opportunity to teach a group of approximately 4–5 students in a calm, engaging, and highly personalized learning environment designed to foster academic excellence, curiosity, creativity, and a genuine love of learning.
Our goal is to create a learning experience that goes beyond traditional classroom instruction by combining strong academics with hands-on exploration, meaningful projects, real-world learning, and individualized support.
About the Program
Students will complete the full Grade 3 curriculum while benefiting from:
* Small-group instruction and individualized learning
* Hands-on projects, experiments, and inquiry-based learning
* A calm, respectful, and focused learning environment
* Opportunities for creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving
* Daily physical activity, outdoor time, and community experiences

Responsibilities
* Teach and cover the full Grade 3 curriculum
* Develop engaging lessons and project-based learning experiences
* Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
* Foster independence, confidence, and a love of learning
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
* Create a positive, organized, and nurturing classroom culture
Qualificatons:
* An exceptional educator with classroom teaching experience
* Passionate about helping children reach their potential
* Creative, energetic, and highly organized
* Skilled at making learning engaging and meaningful
* Able to build strong relationships with students and families
* Committed to academic excellence while nurturing the whole child
Teaching certification is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
