Description:
Experienced part time Assistant required to support the Managing Directors of a property investment company. Family office.
The Employee must maintain in strict confidence all non-public information and exercise a high standard of care to prevent any unauthorized disclosure, whether intentional or accidental in the course of performing his/her job duties.
Duties:
• Direct support to the Managing Director, to assist with business.
• We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented administrative professional.
• The ideal prospective candidate would possess strong communication, organizational, administrative skills, showing strong initiative and attention to detail.
• The candidate should also be able to multi-task effectively, managing several responsibilities concurrently.
• Personal and travel arrangements.
• Collect and track data, research information, sort and distribute mail, schedule, and organize meetings, and perform other administrative assignments as required
Location: Central Toronto with the ability to work from home. Remote work when necessary at Employer’s discretion.

Qualificatons:
• Minimum of 5 years in an Assistant or Administration role.
• Proven skill in organization and time management
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Manage efficiently in a multi-tasked environment
