About Us:
Lee Laa Lou Inc. was launched in 2020, and over the past few years, we’ve steadily grown. Our mission is to connect children to the Hebrew language and Jewish culture. We do this through innovative methods and multiple product verticals, actively lowering the barriers to language and cultural learning. While we’re currently focused on Hebrew and Jewish culture, our vision is bold and includes ambitious plans to expand into other languages and cultures in the future. We’ve built a strong foundation, and now we need the right partner (a leader and a doer) to help push our vision forward.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a dynamic Director Growth & Community to join our growing company. This is a chance to lead sales & community engagement alongside strategic business expansion within the Hebrew & Jewish education sector and beyond.
Compensation & Growth
- This is a commission-based role. We offer a competitive commission structure that rewards performance and long-term commitment, with the potential to earn an equity stake based on agreed-upon milestones.
- Clear path to a future salaried role as the business grows and meets revenue milestones.
Your Role:
As our Director of Growth & Community, you will:
- Drive Sales: B2B, institutional, and community (JCC’s, synagogues, and other community organizations).
- Build Connections: Establish partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other institutions.
- Push Our Vision Forward: Find creative ways to enhance our visibility, make meaningful connections, and grow our reputation in the education sector.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the founder and other community partners to push our vision and company forward.

Qualificatons:
What you’ll bring to the table:
- A Driving Passion for Education and Values: A deep commitment to the company’s mission and high ethical standards. You are a strategic thinker focused on achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Entrepreneurial Drive and Initiative: A ‘doer’ who is energetic, highly motivated, and able to think analytically and creatively. You bring forth new ideas, take initiative to grow the business, and are focused on execution.
- Sales-Oriented Experience: Proven experience in sales and outreach is an asset, specifically in B2B and institutional settings, with a strong, results-driven mindset.
- Hands-On Tech Savviness: Familiarity with e-commerce, social media, e-mail platforms, and customer databases. You are comfortable with data and not afraid of getting your hands dirty with analysis and content creation.
