Program Facilitator Wanted – Baby & Me: First Steps

We are looking for a warm, organized, and engaging facilitator to lead a weekly parent\guardians  -and-baby program for families with children aged 0–18 months.

The facilitator will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for families and ensuring the smooth operation of the program each week.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome participants and manage registration upon arrival.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting program space.
• Serve and oversee a light snack for parents and children.
• Lead a 20-minute interactive Jewish-themed activity.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for participating families.
• Assist with setup and cleanup before and after each session.

Schedule:

Every Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Compensation:

$20–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
