We’re looking for a motivated and personable individual who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping homeowners bring their outdoor projects to life.
Position Overview
The Sales & Project Coordinator will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients, conducting site visits, preparing estimates, following up on leads, and assisting with project coordination throughout construction.
This role is primarily focused on sales and client relationships, while also helping ensure projects run smoothly and clients have a great experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Meet with homeowners for consultations and site visits
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Prepare and present project estimates and proposals
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Assist in closing sales and securing new projects
- Represent Stellar Contracting Group professionally throughout the GTA
- Flexible, Appointment-Based Position

Qualificatons:
Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and professional
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience in landscaping, construction, home improvement, or outdoor living
- Experience preparing estimates or proposals
- Knowledge of decks, interlock, patios, landscaping, pergolas, cabanas, and inground pools
