A growing kosher food manufacturing company is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Secretary / Front Office Manager / Sales Representative.
This role involves managing front office operations, handling customer communication, coordinating orders, and supporting sales and business development. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing phone calls, emails, and daily office administration
• Coordinating customer orders and supporting order processing
• Assisting with customer service and maintaining client relationships
• Supporting sales activities and helping grow the customer base
• Maintaining organized records and assisting with general office tasks
